Insurance Covered TENS Units will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If your TENS Unit is defective, please contact our customer service department so we can appropriately address the situation and issue a return authorization and/or exchange the product under warranty.
